Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is planning required to convert front garden to hard driveway

Leaving aside gate opening and kerb matters, is planning permission required to convert a driveway & garden into driveway only i.e. with no soakage for rainwater.

It appears very common that people are removing gardens and putting in non-permeable full sized driveways, so I'm wondering if planning is required.
