FET Tutor contract

    Just wondered if anyone had an idea of what a FET Tutor contract was and how it differs from a teacher contract.
    tried looking online to no avail.

    Tutors are payed less than qualified teachers.

    Thanks, I'm trying to find details of differences. I'm currently in dispute with an ETB over job status.
