Can't change address. So frustrating. We have ps plus etc. Are we going to have to set up a new account and loose any games purchased

Can't you just keep purchasing codes off English sites? I think that would be the handier option. Probably work out a little bit cheaper as well.

Just buy PSN Codes off English sites and use them, works out much cheaper and you don't need a VPN for it. I have been using an English Account in Ireland since day 1 as it works out much cheaper
