Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Land registry for an apartment

    Hi,
My brother bought an apartment and must submit maps for land registry. We may be reading the wrong guideline, but appendix 5a of the prai seems to say we need to submit plans of all floors within the development. I'd imagine this is for the original developer - but would appreciate advice on what is required map wise for registering a single unit in an apartment block.

You need to engage a Surveyor or similar to map it out.
I done one for a friend recently and we have to prepare a couple of maps.

    The over all site.
The apartment block within the site.
    The apartment within the block.

    From memory.

He is likely to need a multi storey application map. If its part of existing sub divided building there is possibility of an existing multi storey scheme map already submitted to pra. In this case is a relatively simple process of using a copy of this to show his apartment.
