Cost for architect

Just looking for advice of estimated cost for architect fees . We need to extend a 75sqm bungalow , extend attic and renovate more than likely changing existing layout. Opinions appreciated.

So 75m2 extension
Unknown attic size
Unknown renovation size
Redesign of existing house, unknown complexity
Unknown budget
Unknown level of finish / expectation
Unknown level of service

Let’s say it’s a 300k job, taking at least a year probably longer, from design to completion

The riai would suggest fees of say 10%
