    Hi Kazb,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us on Boards.

If your Mortgage payment has not come out of your Account as it normally does on the first working day of each month then you need to talk to a Mortgage advisor with Account access so we can see why this has happened.

Please call our Mortgage Specialist team on 01 6113333 and an advisor will investigate this for you.

For security we are unable to access Accounts here on Boards.

    Many Thanks

    John

    Hi Kazb,

Thanks for getting back to us.

In this case you will need to contact your Mortgage provider to check if they presented for the Direct Debit.

    Many Thanks

    John
