One of my old secondary schools has put in a house system(tho its not a boarding school), I assume it's modeled on HP.

Had notions then and doubled down on them with this!

You must’ve been in a car with me because I’m sure I mentioned the exact same thing.

My TA, a slight nagging feeling of period pain in my stomach even though I’m not due it

    People who eat apples noisily.

There is only a thin partition between us and the slurping and lip smacking sounds like a porn shoot in a Romanian prison.

It's taking significant willpower not to shout out 'JESUS, CAN YOU SHUT THE FCUK UP PLEASE!'

It's been going on for what feels like 10 minutes and If I look over the partition I'm expecting to see an apple the size of a basketball.

Also TA'd that I've forgotten my headphones today - never again.

    Never again.

I was having a perfectly ok day until I had to talk to someone about my possible promotion, I made a comment that I felt was nb to her process and she got the hump and told me those were 'personal decisions' and 'for me to decide', 'that's the sturcture'.

Fair enought except the difficulties Im articulating are NOT attitude issues, but the geographical and sld ones.

TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, ppl who dont understand that for some of us, there is no happy clappy way of overcomming being between a rock and a hard place.

Enter reg number of car to get correct size filter
I did so, choice of 4.....it gave measurements, none of the 4 are the same as mine.
So I contact them and ask, give them part number and measurments,
They ask for reg number and type of car.
I gave it. (doesn't the reg do that?)

Then a NO, we've nothing to fit that model....WTF?
then has the cheek to ask for a positive review for the site.

For what, to say there's 4 to fit my car but don't?

It's almost October, so Pumpkin Spice is invading from the USA. Never mind the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte, you could get Pumpkin Spice Spam for a little while before it sold out.

2 things are annoying me today.

1.Im having a binge watch on Netflix. Its called Cold Case and its narrated by Danny Glover. All fine. But its the over dramatic music and when the screen goes black.I know usually you would watch it every week. And it wouldnt bother you.But watching them all otgether all that ****e is really wrecking my head.

2.My kids [usually] wait till i take my hearing aid out,put my head phones in to come over and ask me a question. And then when 1 asks, they all have multiple stupid question.

    I'm so annoyed.
I was in a sports shop earlier.
They had a great tune playing that really caught my ear.
I made a real effort to focus on the words to google it when I got home and despite remembering the lyrics in the car home, I can't even remember one word now.

Just dawned on me that because BBC has rejigged its afternoon schedule, I will miss Pointless. First world problem perhaps, but the beauty of its 5.15 start-time meant I was always back from work in time to watch it. I mean, how many Strictly Come Dancing off-shoots do they really need to have?

People who are overly cautious and slow on the roads in the mornings. I don't just mean your normal level of cautious and keeping below or to the speed limit, but doing 20 in a 60 zone. Stopping, yes coming to a complete stop, to let someone out from a minor road even though that person will get out soon enough when the lights turn and the yellow box is left empty by those of us who know how to drive, and even though the cars behind now have to come to a complete stop at short notice. Deliberately dropping their speed to 10 as they approach a green light "in case it changes", probably feckin hoping it does. Taking ages to take off again when the lights change. Leaving a 1 mile gap between themselves and the car in front etc. Slowing down for half a mile before they reach the turn they are looking for and then, to top it all off, turning the indicator on AFTER they have started to execute the turn. It means nothing at this stage! And thank you for adding ten minutes to my journey :P

Companies who publicly can't wait to help out on social media but when you dm them they do nothing.
I'm looking at you, Free Now on twitter.

Update : 4 and a half hours after my last message, they are "currently looking into this".
Clearly too busy to even read DMs that they asked me to send or to reply to them!

Update: Finally sorted only over 5 and a half hours since first contact!

The plastic packaging with the corner 'peel here' that does not f***ing peel. After five minutes of searching in vain for a non-existent edge, you stab that plastic f***er with a sharp knife.

The continually terrible sound quality on TG4 An Aimsir Láithreach. It sounds like the presenter is talking with a mouth stuffed full of cake. Does their budget not stretch to a decent microphone or two?

New console hype, The next ps4 will have 8k, thats useful , seeing as hardly anyone owns 8k tv,s .
theres no tv services that broadcast in 8k.
    a console that plays aa game s in 8k would cost 1000 euro,s .
    It means nothing.
Judging by the specs the ps4 will cost 500 euro,s .
i thought consoles were supposed to be cheap so encouraging users to buy games .
