Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi everyone,

I'm planning to take a week off work in November to go on holiday but have no idea where to go!

I have already done quite a lot of travel for work this year, and November is one of the busiest times for us so it will be great to get a chance to have a break at that stage. I already have some mini breaks coming up (Amsterdam over the August bank holiday, 5 days in Amalfi at the end of September) but I want this trip to be really relaxing and close to the sea/beaches, with a variety of restaurants and a generally chill vibe.

Any suggestions would be very welcome :D

Malaga City itself. Weather hit and miss, but it doesn't matter. Plenty to see and do and it's a vibrant small city with a beach, shopping, great bars, tapas, lovely vibe.

If you are interested, you can get a bus to Granada from the city and a train to the Costas. Quite inexpensive.

If you are determined to get full sun, well Canaries is the best best, but even that's not guranteed in November.
