Didn't think Sevilla could come back so quickly, I was expecting this to end 0-1 after the penalty. Should be a lot more entertaining now.

Instead of looking for pens Martinez (and Inter) should just run at Sevilla as their defence looks fallible to dealing with any shred of pace.

At least one team that loves penalties made it to the EL final Inter were awarded a good few in the previous rounds if memory serves me correctly. A couple were reversed by VAR.

But yes agree, Inter want a penalty for everything. Counted at least twice since I turned on the game, added to the one they were awarded.

I forgot they beat Dnipro a few years ago. If you think you haven't heard about them for a while don't be shocked as they were dissolved a year ago and some at the club joined another club from Dnipro founded 3 years ago. Odd

Enjoyable open game, no reason to think it'll settle down in the second half. Mind you 1 penalty and 3 headers tells its own tale.

Yeah he was probably aided by the defence. He could have had a third as well if he gambled on that Navas low Cross.

It was a final that ended 5-4 in extra time with Liverpool winning with a golden goal.


Liverpool won the FA Cup and League Cup that season also.

it reminds me of the Balotelli-Mourinho yellow card story.

I'm sure Lopetegui has told him before each game to take it easy, 5/10 mins later he gives away a penalty.
