Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

McClean is horribly left-footed. Has the turning circle of a bus when running with the ball constantly on his left.

I was just thinking that, can't seem to hit a simple 5 yard pass with his right under no pressure and pulls off some strange looking left foot passes to avoid using his right

A little spark of something there from Robinson. Like to get him on the ball more.

We're so bad at failing to take advantage of literally just being a bunch of professional footballers. Instead of playing at a higher tempo and quicker passing than amateurs could keep up with, we slow down to their pace.

    Is bizarre

    Even set pieces and throws

Have to say I really like the Gibraltar keepers jersey!

You know it's the same cycle before every single Ireland game for me. You somehow forget that we're an awful team to watch, you convince yourself that this time it'll be different and 'sure, we'll stuff this lot - they're all butchers and postmen'.

Then 20 minutes, you remember just how sh1te we are.

    Altogether now...

    LOW LIE!!!!

Just get this on target....don't mind about the rest

Good thing that was offside because that cross from Coleman was embarrassing

We've got a Coleman playing right back ourselves.

Oh, was going well wide there without the deflection but I'll take it.

    Thank God.

Thought we were gonna be caught between a rock and a hard place there :pac:

The fitness levels should start showing before too long and we should hit them for a few goals then.

It was hard to even get excited about the goal.

Nice one. Had an OG to be scored at 15/2. They'd better class it as an OG now!

He's a great worker. Was outstanding against Georgia. But just not a clinical finisher.

Teams that are mediocre to start with so often end up getting dragged down even further by really bad opposition. Looks like Ireland could win this by a few own goals.

George mixing Robinson and McGoldrick up.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,001 ✭✭✭✭FixdePitchmark

Poor George thinks mcgouldrick is Robinson

    Lol

He just isn't a goalscorer and to be honest I'm sick of ten years of them at this stage.
