Yeah same. Given the most likely options looked to be big gw or game end I don't feel it was a mistake.

Looking at Henderson and Fabianski in my team and Fleck as my cheapest midfielder is very far removed from my normal tactics.

Do wish it had finished as we thought it would after GW 38.

There will be so much luck involved from here on in that it won’t feel like genuine competition.

How many players will go rested that wouldn’t normally and the same will substitutions. The dice roll of some defenders coming off after 55 or 65 or 75 minutes. In every game. It brings too much of a lottery feel to it.

With it looking very likely apart from the first week back there are no dgws and no blank gws. I think it favours people like me that played an early wildcard and already used a BB.

I think Mahrez could be the smart City pick. With five subs he’s looking at 35-65 minutes per game. He has a phenomenal points/minutes record

Yeah that's my plan now. I feel making it unlimited transfers instead of a wc makes it a little unfair even though it benefits me!

The whole scene (fantasy football) just waiting to be taken over by a bunch of lads that know what they’re doing. I wish they’d do it sooner than later.

The numbers signing up for this shower of ****wits would drop by about 50% overnight.

Talk about dumbing it down. Jesus.

It's amazing how poorly it's been handled!

For those who play other games (especially if its run by ISM like the Norwegian game) how good have comms been? What have sky been like?

Yeah I'd imagine this was on the table pretty early on. Just feels like they couldn't be arsed given it's free.

A not a word out of place from the main players in the community.

FFS and the like. All the websites, twitter people and podcasts have been pretty much quiet.

Nobody representing the players. All looking after their own interests.

I dont think the rest of this season is going to be much fun for me
Few lads behind me have BB and Wc left
So they could use unlimited transfers and BB this week for the DGW
And then wildcard next week

I think I am screwed

Will probably have to use free hit
So set up two squads in next 10 days

What happens now if you want to set your team for the rest of the season following this week, but wanted to FH for the double? You can't actually do that now can you?
On the other hand you can effectively have two chips this week (what is more-or-less a WC with unlimited transfers and then Bench Boost on a DGW)

This has not been thought through....

Wow I'm shocked at that. I used my WC in GW25 so my team was already ok, but could definitely do with some tweaking.

On the other hand, I've already used my BB, so at quite a big disadvantage opening week.

Lots of thinking to do!
