This is one of the main problems with FPL unfortunately, way too easy for spoofers like him to make an account with some “in the know” tips, and then just delete the account and start again if he is wrong.

He may well be right, but I am highly sceptical that someone with an inside source to multiple clubs hours before kick off has decided that right now is the time to join Twitter and start dishing out advice.

He claims he bought the information on the line ups with the intention of getting attention on Twitter and do whatever you can do to make the money back this way. I've no idea.
