FFM updated for me earlier and since then I've had multiple notification about the deadline for gw0, gw1 and gw40.

Spurs have re-signed Michel Vorm for the remainder of the season. Might be wise to wait to see who gets the nod between him and Gazzaniga for the number 1 jersey in Lloris' absence.

Poch had both of them last season and let Vorm walk.

Vorm is 35, Gazzaniga is 27, Vorm is almost certainly backup IMO.

Also fun fact, Gazzaniga and Pocchetino are from the same Argentinian village, population 3,000.

Name of the village is Murphy, named after a lad from Wexford

    Bench Otamendi or Rico?

    Bench Otamendi or Rico?

    I've Ota starting over Rico.
Chelsea have a few injuries at CB so for me the question is Tomori or Rico.

Tomori all day long for me.
My dilemma is one of Cantwell, Saka or Lundstram.

    Cantwell
The order you have them is the order I’d be thinking and probably what you are as well

    Rico

Haha...this is turning into the Rico thread :-)

I brought him in this week and want to start him....he's already lost head to head with Tomori and Ottamendi, so his final chance is against McGinn.

Or else just leave him as first sub (?)

Tough one but I’d go with Lundstrum

I'd go for Lundstram out of that trio

My trio is Lundstram, Guendozi, Douglas Luiz?

Worth a -4 to do Salah to Mané before the price drop/rise

    Just noticed that.
Looks like both will happen tonight
    Wilson to rise too probably

Mané may not rise. Double rises have been few and far between

Would you start Cantwell or Yarmolemko this week? Cantwell away to Bournemouth, Bournemouth usually concede but Norwich are muck away from home. Yarmolenko away to Everton, Everton usually concede and are missing Coleman so I’m currently leaning towards Yarmolenko...

Former FF favourite Duscan Tadic nominated for the Balon d'Or alongside 29 other (including Hugo Lloris bizarrely).

Despite 3 very average/poor weeks my rank jumped by 250k, inside the top 600k now after a tumble down to nearly 850k.
It shows that even an average enough score can jump you up because the expected players don't give a return and if you've one or two outside the main template that do well you can leapfrog a lot of players in the game.
Everyone was tipping Wilson and I went for Vardy, it's things like this that can see you jump up the leagues.

Don't you mean former FF nemesis?

One of the worst weeks entertainment wise in the FPL I can remember. Watched 5 matches or parts thereof, the highlight of which was the 20 minute sleep I had at the start of the second half of the utd match.
Maybe it was the international break and it is just a once off.
