Sorry, I know it's nearly Christmas but we can't let this slide.

And while we're here, use of the term 'fiddy' instead 50 is strictly prohibited.

Unless it's "tree fiddy", and then it's perfectly acceptable as it is now part and parcel of our every day lexicon.

I was actually writing it on my phone, so to muster up the effort to write 'million' instead of 'milly' hurt me.

Doesn't quite reach 'Aggy' (instead of Aguero) levels of unbearable surely?

Not quite, but 5m would hurt even less :P

I don't know why the Aggy thing bothers me so much haha.

What else are we banning guys?

With predictive text these days it's as easy to input Aguero. Aggy just sounds wrong.

Is it possible to pick up Aggy for fiddy milly?

Soyuncu is tough enough to get right! I've been calling him Soy sauce all season.

    Current No.1 OR is Irish!

(and luckily he's not in any of our cash leagues!!)

In one of my H2H leagues, I'm currently bottom of the table, even though I have the highest amount of overall points. Somehow I am just catching the other teams on their good week!

86% of top 100 captains captained Vardy.

What does world chess champion Magnus Carlsen, ranked 39th in the world overall, do?

Ownes Vardy, captains Salah, vice captains Mane.

Drops to 135, but has 15 points coming from Mane VC, plus Salah and Martial's no-show gives him 2 autosubs.... Kelly (6) and Dendonker (11).

32 points coming when the week ends

It would be very tempting to to put Kdb captain at the weekend. United are terrible away from home this season, even though their best performances have been against top 6 opposition, they've been home games.

Away from they are shocking, Sheffield United should of hammered them. They've also had some poor away games against Southampton, Newcastle and Bournemouth. Granted they seem to up their game for big matches but that only covers their inability to defend well as a unit at times.

But if I had a city player it would be a very tempting option

FFFix is telling me to set KDB as captain this weekend actually

Wouldn't put much faith in them. My suggested transfer this week was Pope to Adrian. Allison is back this GW.

Only problem is if it is a hammering which city player will run riot.

There's a load of articles written about this guy, and how chess and FPL are similar. His experience from when to be defensive and when to take a gamble seem to work well in both.

He may be good and he may have good annual finishes but he’ll never ever get as lucky as this GW again.

    Has anybody ?

How lucky was it. If Salah played that game who knows how it may have went. Vice captain there for a reason. Subs too. They're not dice rolls.

    Don’t agree.

Salah comes on for the last 10 minutes, which could have easily happened, and it’s a very different GW.

I know good decisions can be made but that was pure unadulterated luck.

Just because he’s a good player it doesn’t exclude him from luck.
