Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm not going to go there but always fun to make predictions!

What price do people think Fernandes comes in at? I'd guess he would be coming in similar to Pogba at 8/8.5. Surely 9 is too much for a United mid right now. A decent few months and wouldn't be surprised if he comes in at 9 next season.

Think it will be 8.5 minimum. But very likely 9m.
Biggest signing of the window and the fee of around 60m would likely translate to more than 8m in FF.
For comparison Pepe started at 9.5m

Not liking him picking up on his lack of strength. Will have some adjustment requirements.

For the lazy people, he sees no immediate threat to Lord Lundy's minutes as they can both play together

At that price could definitely become an option. Some interesting fixtures coming up to see how he fits in from then GW31 would be good to have some United coverage if they can reel Chelsea in a bit.

    Genuine question
Why would any United midfielder at 8ml ever be an option to anyone this season ?

There's a chance he could be on penalties while Rashford is out and they're still in the hunt for top 4.

Was he on pens for his last club?

Hmmmm Kelly at home to Lundstram or Lundstram away to Kelly??

Think Palace gonna tighten up with players returning but torn.

The main issue for me is I think with the returning players he won’t play !

From what I could tell pens, free kicks and corners.

Which is kind of annoying given that from a fantasy football outlook he's their best defender.

Sheff utd favourites to keep a clean sheet over palace, and Lundstrum always has a chance of getting attacking returns, so Lundstrum all day for me

Rico or Soyuncu is my dilemma. Playing Rico I think

I think Spurs are going to take Leicester’s spot in the top 4

    You mean chelsea right ?
Leictser are more likely to take second than drop out of top 4
Chlesea have been dropping points every side for 2 months

I would agree, I think Leicester will be the team to drop out of the top 4.

They are 12 points clearly of spurs who now head a wildly consistent chasing pack
With their gd 20 goals better it’s effectively 13
They will win enough of their remaining games to hold off any “charge “
I’ll be suprised if they don’t finish 3rd

Chelsea have not won two leagues in a row since November......

I'm with km79 on this one.
No european distraction for the foxes. Their fullbacks have been impressive again lately.
Chilwell took a few set-pieces I think so maybe any niggles he's had are behind him.

Liverpool and City basically locked in for 1st and 2nd now (or at least top 4 for City) and big European games on the horizon - going to be very interesting and difficult to navigate the inevitable resting.

Glad i still have my WC. It may be a little ways off, but it's something to consider. Those end of season DGWs might be hard to make the most of.

Some value might open up on the likes of Jesus, Origi and Minamino who i could see playing a lot
