Lycamobile unable to top up

Old card expired recently, and when i tried to update card on the lycamobile website I couldnt get past billing address. I phoned customer service, who just topped up but havn't added a bundle. I'm back online trying to add a byndle for myself, and have tried to add a top up on my sons account but still having an issue…

Is there a way to resolve this?
