    Firstly thanks for quick delivery, the 65c8 is absolute beast of television. I have a query regarding the above av receiver which was bought from richersounds Glasgow 2 years ago. Unfortunately am kicking myself, as I didn't buy the 6 year super care for the denon. It has developed a fault, the left channel is not working whatsoever. I tried audyssey calibration etc...not sound at all coming from the left. I tried different sources also, no joy. Could you kindly advice how to proceed? Does denon have repair/ service centre in Dublin or Belfast? Thanks again

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your amp!

    We can book this in with us as a chargeable repair. If you could send it up to us packaged in it's original packaging we would charge a £50 non refundable estimate fee. It is then sent off to our Denon repair agents who will contact us with a quote for the repair and you can decide if you'd like to go ahead with it.
