Typical budget .

    We don't typically do a sun holiday in summer to Spain / canaries.

    Just for a family of 2 adults . 2 kids what are people typically budgeting for the better resorts peak season.

    Been an eye opener how much people spend on these things
    Unless booking a year in advance saves serious money .

    Anyway typical budget ?

    Hi,

    If you want luxury then id say you'd be talking just under €2,000 flights and (5 star) hotel for your family for about a week.

    If you dont need 5 star and would happily go to a 3 star resort you could get the accom for roughly 500/600ish for the week somewhere decent, good for the kids, clean, safe (priorities anyway)

    If you really look around and do a bit of homework yourself you can find great deals on hotels and apartments

    Recommend travel republic, alpharooms, or home away /airbnb if looking for self catering accomodation.

    I am staying in a pretty nice, cheap, safe SC apartment in Calpe with a shared pool at the moment, €300 for the week 2 bedrooms.
