Got a new 6s yesterday. Got all my info from the cloud and all was good. Then every once in a while “please enter your outlook password” popped up. So I did enter it. Now half my bliss contacts have disappeared. Is this normal? I’ve tried backing up again but they’re still gone

Sign into outlook and see are the contacts listed the ones you are missing?

Install the outlook app on the iPhone, and switch on 'save contacts'.

I did that but cannot find any listed contacts in the app or any option to save contacts

Sign in to outlook website and see if the contacts are listed there first

The missing contacts are indeed there. But I can’t see anywhere so save contacts. Do I do that on the app? Or the site?

Open outlook > tap account bubble top left > settings cog > email account > 'save contacts' slider to on.

This will save them to the phone and iCloud if that is the default.

To check the default go to the > Settings app > Contacts > default account.

Thanks to you I am. This happened on my last phone too. I spent hours on the phone with apple and they couldn’t solve it.
