E-Statement

    Hi All,

    Just wondering when I will get my e-statement online. I ordered it online on Banking365 before 1pm yesterday. Received a text saying thank you for ordering and it will generate overnight and be visible this morning. Rang 365 this morning after 9am as no statement online and was told it would be 24 hours since ordering it online, so 1pm today. Still nothing online as of 5minutes ago. I do need this statement for today. Thanks!

    I understand that you were originally quoted one working day for an e-statement.

    At the moment our e-statements take two working days to arrive.
