Yes. This is precisely why I do not support impeachment. Pence is a silent but very dangerous man. He and Pompeo are obsessed with religion. Tie that in with Bolton who is to all intents and purposes a member of the MeK, you have a very dangerous regime. All the dystopian Handmaid's Tale/1984/Mad Max warnings people talking about America descending into could come at least partially true with a Pence lead regime that includes Bolton and Pompeo as well as Tom Cotton, Stephen Miller and Ted Cruz too. Trump is the only thing stopping a warmongering Christist regime of hypocritical religious nutters forming.

This has been and is the reason for the current hostilities again Iran:
    https://www.jpost.com/Breaking-News/White-House-Trump-and-Netanyahu-discussed-shared-interests-on-combating-Iran-595372

No other reason. PNAC first, quieter under Obama as he was the war president for Afghanistan. Now trump - full steam ahead. His own son-in-law is a dual Israeli-US citizen. Trump ego precedes him, which is why Netanyahu named Trump Heights on stolen land. There are not many dots to join here. Its right in front of our faces who is pulling the strings. Everything else is just a manufactured distraction. Much like the Weapons of Mass Distraction.

It's a pretty shameful display America and Britain are putting on.

They know if they trigger a war with Iran the result will be a massive spike in oil prices leading to another recession, another flood of refugees heading for Europe and thousands of dead American and British troops...and all for what?...phucking Netanyahu and Israel and the terrorism sponsors in Saudi that's what it's for!.

The American and British people should arrest those traitors that govern them and execute them.

They should have spent less money on the fancy speedboats and more money on the chopper, it's like something straight out of 1970's Afghanistan.

    40 +year old mil 8 / mil17 from Russi

The majority or their military equipment and aircraft would be in the 30-40+ year old age bracket .

Looks like the US, Israel, their washed up sidekick the UK and cheerleaders for all three are making the same mistake again, underestimating Iran the same way they underestimated Syria. Jeremy Hunt is clucking around like a headless chicken, befuddled and flabbergasted, no idea about what to do next, waiting for Trump to fix it.

How are they underestimating Iran .

Do you think Iran would survive an actual war

They never expected Iran to respond in kind, never saw it coming. Myopic neocons, Israeli ultra racists, and washed up British imperialists clutching on to a bygone era still pinning their hopes on the dog eared PNAC plan written up two decades ago when they thought China and Russia would look the other way.

In this case it's more the way they underestimated Vietnam.

What sizing an empty ship with no British crew?

Again do you see iran winning an actual war yes or no

If America and Britain can't win in Afghanistan after 17 years...their chances in Iran are less than Zero.

The lack of public support for a war with Iran means they have lost it before it has even began.

I am sure the Chinese will keep Iran well supplied with information from their satellites in the event of a war.
No doubt any technical assistance they may require as well.

Iran is of high importance to China for energy supplies..it's in their interest to make sure Iran holds out.

It may even be an opportunity for China to supply Iran with some of their Carrier killer missiles to tryout.

The US wouldn’t need to invade, just neutralize the bulk of the Iranian military. Reduce it to men and low tech equipment.

Again American boots don't have to set foot inside of Iran .

Which means Iran can't hide behind ied and small scale attacks on small military outposts .

This would be modern aircraft Vs not so modern aircraft
    ,
Large warships Vs small patrol boats

and old helicopters Vs modern helicopters.

    Explain how Iran stacks up

    Dead civilians on mainland America.

Lets hope the U.S dont make a grave mistake in attacking the Iranians.

They would still have the ability through guerilla warfare to close/hamper greatly the shipping off their coast. How many years will people be willing to pay sky high costs for oil?

I’m very skeptical about that. So there are a lot of Iranian citizens in the US. Not sure they would care enough about the Iranian military being destroyed, they may actually be happy with this.

It shouldnt come to that. America has ZERO to worry about from Iran. I dont see why they have to flex there military muscles to a country about 11000 Kms away. Let Israel and Saudi Arabia fight for themselves enough American blood has been spilt in the Middle east.

King Salman has allowed the USA to base military forces back in Saudi Arabia, it will be interesting to see if this is a token force or if they shall move the forces out of Qatar.

Eh no it's to stop Iran getting the bomb. Iran with the bomb is unthinkable.

Also is you think it will only be refugees and thousands of dead American and British troops you are sorely mistaken. I'm in no doubt the Iranians have sleeper cells all over Europe and the US and if a war kicks off they will be activated resulting in thousands of dead civilians worldwide. I don't think it will come to that though as when push comes to shove Trump isn't as hawkish as most like to think he is.

Maybe the same thing that happened Saudi Arabia when they attacked on 9/11. The heart eaters should of been wiped from the face of the earth, but hey the west still sells them weapons.

Saudi Arabia when they attacked on 9/11
Saudi Arabia as a country or Saudi Arabian nationals, surely there is a big difference?
    The heart eaters
    The what?

Iran would the US on the ground in Afghanistan and. Anti shipping missiles would be employed around the Iranian coast. They would bog down Israel with Hezbollah. Saudi Arabia can't beat the skin off their custard so no need to worry about them.
