Uk resident moving to Ireland

    I'm a UK resident (non-eu citizen - American) moving now to Ireland under a Critical Skills work visa. Can I use my 6 months UK utility bill to open a bank account with Bank of Ireland? Or do I need a proof of address in Ireland?
