Is there anywhere I can see cycle path plans like I would see planning permissions? Currently works happening on a few bits of my route and interested to see what they are planning.

I cycle in Dublin from Fairview past Connelly, over the bridge and left along City quay, then first right towards Pearse Station. There's works on 2 junctions at the moment but interested to see what the plan is for my right turn (City Quay to Lombard Street)
