    So I need BOI account statements. Called to the bank, ordered them. Nothing within a week (6 working days). Wrote a letter about it. Nothing. Just response "ok we'll do it for sure". I suppose not in this life?

    Is it possible for me to print it online somehow (due to the fact how incredibly the bank cares about its customers)?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided.

    To access your e-statements sign in to www.365online.com and select the Statements menu options and then the Statements and Documents tab.

    You will see all your statements available for printing in pdf format.
