Multiple private pensions?

    Hi,

I have a private pension with work.
    They contribute 7%.
Standard employee contribution is 5% and I have now increased mine to 13%.

I have a second employer who offer a PRSA but no employer contribution.

My question is, can I have two pensions building from two different employers at the same time?

I was thinking of keeping my main job at 20% pension contribution between my own and main employer contributions and putting 20% of my second jobs income into a PRSA to reduce my tax liability.

Any thoughts on the above welcome

Yes, you can find both as concurrent employments.

Is the first private pension that your employer is funding a PRSA as well?

The private pension being funded by my employer is a pension and life assurance scheme.
