howya lads..i have my test in the coming days and my bike is acting up. doesnt seem to find neutral when desired.

will it be a major problem for the test? i know your expected to walk alongside the bike at some stage..would it be ok to gold the clutch in during this section if the test or will i be marked down.
    thanks

The pushing the bike part will likely be before the test starts, park it in neutral before you go in but I can't see why holding the clutch in and pushing it would be an issue(I think I actually did this for mine); the purpose is to show you can move the bike not that it goes into neutral.

Snick it in to neutral before you stop, Depending on the bike, some aren't that easy to push with the clutch pulled due to drag. Smaller bikes less so.

I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

Don't worry about neutral. Leave it in gear.
Puh the bike with clutch in, pushing it with your hip against tank.
You have to be in 1st gear every time you stop anyway.
From start of test to end of test, there is no need for neutral.
You should think more about putting wd40 on your neck in order to do the safety glances.
Its a test on Head turning to see if you turn your head BEFORE changing direction.

Adjust the clutch cable. Probably too much play. What make and model?

This^ and also check that your chain (if you have one) is correctly tightened. A loose chain can make finding neutral harder too.
