Why cant I buy anything on the internet anymore ?

    Everytime I try to buy something, mostly my brother, at first my money is being taken (thats what the website says), but I dont get what I want bought. (exp: in game money). So please tell me, why is this happening ? Is it possible is some sort of limit that you can spend ? If so, please tell me how to make it, that we could buy what we want without this happening.
