New Road Bike Recommendations

Hi All.... I'm going to change my road bike shortly and looking for a few recommendations. I'll be availing of the bike to work scheme and plan to spend between 2k to 2.5k. I'm hoping to get a carbon frame and disc brakes for that. This bike won't be used for commuting, just out on the hills at the weekends for cycles…

This bike won't be used for commuting, just out on the hills at the weekends for cycles between 60 and 100k ish.....
Currently I'm looking at the Look 765 Optimum RS Ultegra Vision. Has anyone bought Look before? ...any thoughts or recommend any other bikes?
