Insurance for non resident

    I am an Irish Citizen by accident of birth, I do not live in Ireland but have relatives here who I visit occasionally.


    Would there be any issue with owning a moped in Ireland and insuring it there for my occasional use whilst in Ireland?

    AFAIK no Irish insurer offers cover for non-residents.
    Pity though.
