You'd pay duty and vat charges on it.

If you really wanted you could try a mail forwarding company that lets you fill out your own customs form before shipping. I've snuck a few good deals into the country this way over the years. But risky as if they single out your package for inspection when it gets here you'll be absolutely crucified with import duties.

    Don't do it.

Not only will you get easily caught by customs & taxes, but you also will be absolutely screwed for warranties.

Good news though: reliable rumours are that the RTX cards are due a refresh in early July, which means the 2070 is about to be either discounted heavily, or superseded by RTX 2060 Super.

    Did they get discounted?

    2060 Super is basically a 2070
    2070 Super is basically a 2080

Both retail for less than the cards they're replacing.
