Food truck for 100 people?

Anyone know of any good food trucks who would cater for an event of circa 100 people. Would love pizza, so dough bros would be perfect but I don't believe they use the food truck anymore?

There was a guy doing pizzas in the salthill market. Not sure if he was supported by a local kitchen or had everything portable. Might be worth stopping by if it's still going.

Can't recommend the Wildfire Gourmet food truck enough. I was at a first communion he catered for and the food was unbelievable. He did burgers and salads etc but pizzas too. I hadthe nicest burger I've ever eaten (eh maby two) at it. I didn't try the pizzas but they looked delish. I know he does the market in Oranmore on Thursdays if you'd like to try him out for yourself first. He does be behind the astro turf pitches. I dont kno the guys name but he is on Facebook as wildfire Gourmet

Anyone know of the fellow doing the sausages in the moycullen market (Fridays?) is doing anything in the city? Is he the fellow in salthill on Sunday morning?
