    i change my phone and the session logged out by itself. 
    I need to know my user ID. im living in Spain. how can I get it?
    i dontwant to call. its super expensive

    If you have access to the App on your previous phone, you can login and select 'More' to view your User ID.

    If this option is not available to you, it will be necessary to give a call.

    Our Advisors can be contacted on 00353 140 44000, the User ID can be relayed quickly to you. It's a short call and there is little or no waiting time on the line this morning.
