Nice beer garden/outdoor pint Athlone?

    Forecast looking good for tomorrow. Heading to Athlone for a night away should arrive tomorrow afternoon.

    Can anyone recommend somewhere to sit out and enjoy a few beers?

    Best views are the Radisson and Dead centre brewing. Both sit over looking the river.
    Sean's has a big outdoor drinking area. But there is no view or grass and it's just like been in an outdoor pub.

    The new spot peddler Mac's has some seats outside that could be a decent spot for watching, and also the castle Inn has some seats out front too.

    All 5 places are within 2 minutes walk of each other so you can potter round and see which one suits you.
