I’ve a flight with Ryan air and on my booking it says 20kg check in bag, but I’ve just checked in and on the boarding card it says 10kg check in bag. Do I go by what’s on the booking?

Did you pay for a check in bag?, they are usually 23kg. Was it booked directly through Ryanair?

My work booked it. I was sent the Ryanair travel itinerary email. And I used the reserve number to check in.
