Does anyone know if the window for termination of the lease by the LL for any reason is still the first six months or has it been reduced to two months?

    TIA!

Unless there is a fixed term lease in place, I’m pretty sure it’s 6 months, the point at which tenants get Part 4 tenancy rights.

Still 28 days notice within first six months to end tenancy without reason. Although expect that to change to remove endings tenancies without reason with the plans for indefinite tenancies.

I think it is still 6months. 2months does not let you know what you are in for if they are bad tenants.
