Great job the antifa clowns did shutting up Andy Ngo:pac:

Hes got an hour and half to say his piece on Joe Rogan Experience,I reckon the most exposure hes ever got.

Antifa are scum. Telling normal members of the public where they can and cannot drive and beating them over the head when they dont comply. Portland is a dump.

They don't care that Ngo is on a platform with a listnership of over 60 million.

It was about the thrill of beating someone.

2020 they'll be trashing the streets again when the public choose the wrong president. It'll be worse this time, expect deaths.

Heather Clark was attacking those who assaulted her, and was moving forwards as those she was attacking were moving back. Why is it that the actions of those on the right, before they get attacked, are under the microscope but never Antifa?

She was in a bar with her friends.
A gang showed up attacked the bar.
They were defending themselves that's the difference.

    No fascist gangs no antifa.

Incredible that despite all the chances you were given to denounce violence from Antifa, you continue to double down.

    The left will eat themselves.

Portland is one of the nicest cities in the US with one of the highest standards of living. Why are you so convinced it’s a dump?

I thought it was an awful dump when I visited to be honest, have never seen so many homeless. Loads of soup kitchens with ques around the block.

Because the authorities are told to turn a blind eye to illegal activities from Antifa. I would consider a place to be a dump if I wasn't allowed hold alternate opinions to a group of violent thugs.

Are they? I’m genuinely curious, is there proof the police are ordered to leave Antifa alone?

Have a listen to the Joe Rogan podcast a few posts up. Some of it is very interesting. I am sure that a lot of Antifa apologists will claim that Ngo is not a reputable source but a lot of what he says in this is irrefutable. It's undeniable that he was attacked in plain sight of the police but they decided not to act for fear of riling up the mob.

For the record, I do take some of what he says with a pinch of salt and have concerns about him shilling a GoFundMe, but it would be silly to disregard everything he says.

i think antifa are a bunch of clowns and agree with most of what he is saying but i really think he is exageratting his injuries. the sooner they ban masks at these rallies the better.

It does seem a little unbelievable alright. It's a shame if he is exaggerating as his story without the injury was just as compelling and there is no need for it.

Still doesn't excuse the Antifa scum but disappointing that there is even a hint of dishonesty.

I actually doubt I'll listen to that. Too busy.

If the police did nothing, that's a disgrace. I'm looking for proof they were ordered not to interfere with Antifa. Does that exist?

Ngo says he will sue the city, this would mean providing medical records and the footage he took before the incident. Doubt he'll do it. After watching hours of him going around annoying people even the jury will want to slap him.

Genuine question, what would it take for you to slap someone? You seem very quick to condone violence as a means to getting your own way.

Not sure about that but there is proof that the head of the Portland police unit that deals with protests in the city seems to have a bit of a cushy relationship with the far right in Portland

A freedom of information request received text messages between the police and far right organiser Joey Gibson. They had a cordial relationship even swapping jokes and telling him where counterprotesrers were.

It is true the Nordic countries are notable economic successes. It is false that they are particularly socialist. http://www.forbes.com/sites/jeffreydorfman/2018/07/08/sorry-bernie-bros-but-nordic-countries-are-not-socialist/

An article I came across leading on from some comments made in this thread, interesting reading for anyone interested.

Donald Trump retweeting far right grifter and racist Katie Hopkins. Calling these people harmless or journalists is dangerous.

Calling Antifa, progressive or working class, politically motivated is not only just as dangerous but patently absurd.

    They'll see that as provocative.

Donald Trump (who used to be a moderate pro-Obama guy: a little arrogant and egotistical perhaps but I'd never have guessed he'd be a Handmaid's Tale type and would have thought he'd be a more JR Ewing/Dallas type) I cannot understand. Clearly, he is fronting for someone else and I guess it is ultimately the Saudis. As for Katie Hopkins: a talentless opportunist who makes a career out of providing controversy for TV stations obsessed with being controversial. I bet Hopkins is really a communist and doesn't even agree with what she says in public!!! Maybe she is not quite a communist but I am 100% certain she is faking her OTT fascism for money only. A mercenary and an insincere one.
