I don't know King but I enjoy his writing style. I've never been scared by his novels. I'm an acquaintance of his assistant, Marsha. I do know people are scared by some of the movies based on his writings.

I know there is a huge difference between 'not completely obtuse' and 'notobtuse' but I've never been found of using middle names. :pac:

But back to the topic... Antifa has been quiet lately. Perhaps with cities cracking down on not allowing protestors to wear masks has neutered some of the social justice warriors.

You can ignorantly accuse me of "whataboutism," but what it really is involves identifying similar scenarios in order to see if it holds up when the shoe is on the other foot!

They would be quiet because they only counter far right events.
No far right events no antifa.

“When we say nationalism, the first thing people think about, at least in America, is Hitler. He was a national socialist. If Hitler just wanted to make Germany great and have things run well, okay, fine,” Owens said last month.

Is there a particular person that radicalized you the most?

Yes, the person that has influenced me above all was Candace Owens.
Each time she spoke I was stunned by her insights and her own views
helped push me further and further into the belief of violence over
meekness. Though I will have to disavow some of her beliefs, the
extreme actions she calls for are too much, even for my tastes.

    Christchurch Shooter manifesto.

Yeah nice selective quoting of Candice Owens answering a question. Why didn’t you post the question she was answering and her full answer?
Owens answered an audience member who asked for a "longterm prognosis" about the terms "globalism" and "nationalism."
    She said:

I actually don't have any problems at all with the word 'nationalism.' I think that it gets, the definition gets poisoned by elitists that actually want globalism. Globalism is what I don't want. So when you think about, whenever we say 'nationalism,' the first thing people thing about, at least in America, is Hitler. You know, he was a national socialist, but if Hitler just wanted to make Germany great and have things run well, okay fine. The problem is ... he had dreams outside of Germany. He wanted to globalize. He wanted everybody to be German. Everybody to be speaking German. Everybody to look a different way. ... To me that's not nationalism.
On Friday, Owens dismissed the controversy and blamed "Leftist journalists" for mischaracterizing her comments

Hitler was "a homicidal, psychotic maniac" and there is "no excuse or defense ever for ... everything that he did," she clarified.

Her comments were meant to show that Hitler was not a nationalist, she said. Hitler did not put Germans first; he "was putting German Jews into concentration camps and murdering — he was a mass murderer," she said.

She dismissed critics who said her comments meant that Hitler could have been great if he had just focused on Germany: "No, I'm saying Hitler wasn't a nationalist."

And Brenton Tarrant was a known troll and wrote that to illicit exactly that kind of response from you.

    Nice try… next.

It’s funny how the chairman can’t wait to tell her off, he’s not even listening to what she is saying. Interrupting her, when he thinks she called mr. Lieu stupid.

    What a clown.

Asked a question replies "You think back people are stupid"
She's a classic grifter, fair play to her raking in the conservatives cash.

He heard a bad word and the only people who use bad words are the other side.

Also, she was saying other things but who has time to listen to that when you've already made your mind up that she's a wrong 'un?

    And I quote…
“Yes, I think it’s pretty apparent that Mr. Lieu, believes that black people are stupid. And will not pursue the full clip in its entirety”…

Gets interrupted by the chairman for calling Mr. Lieu stupid.

Mr. Lieu by the way didn’t let her respond. Mr. Reschenthaler yielded his time so she could answer.

So tell me. Who’s the grifter?

That Erica Thomas incident just gets more interesting by the day. Publix have released the footage of where she claims she feared for life.

That Latino guy has some set of balls on him if he told her to go back where she came from surrounded by people of colour.

Why, are black people more violent or something?

Imagine leaving a shop then turning around and go back in to berate someone.
    Thats top level sh1tehawkery.

She just straight up lied about what happened because she knows that you can lie about racism in the current political climate and people will unquestionably take your side immediately.

When the facts of the incident emerge later it will get silently shuffled off stage until the next "outrage".

Haha. These two morons. She’s a Jussie wanna be and he’s a whiter than white hispanic that thinks because he’s Hispanic and from Cuba, that doesn’t make him white.

The interview was too funny :D this white man, as she towers over him… umm… excuse me! IM NOT WHITE!! Then she goes on you’re white… No I’m Cuban. lol.

There was a great quote. If the business doesn’t care, why should you? If the business doesn’t care that she was in the express lane with more items then allowed. Why should you care?

I find this fascinating the way it has unfolded. She has doubled down on her story and her lawyer also.

Only for 20cent I would never of heard of her. :pac:

Commander Fred Ted Cruz (the man who makes current Gileadean American dictator John Bolton look like Nelson Mandela) condemning another organisation as corrupt. Talk about the kettle calling the pot black. Isn't Cruz a leading figure of the Sons of Jacob Tea Party cult? Blessed be the fruitcakes!

I take it they are references from your "docu-drama"?

I will when I see these characters from my, er Margaret Atwood's, docu-drama go back into it. Ted Cruz as the potential next US president is scary and he is no Joseph Fiennes: he is REAL and not acting the part of dangerous Christist cult wacko. This sinister looking beard he has now only confirms what he is.

She tried to destroy him for her own political gain, a person way down the income ladder from her and she was happy to make him a national news story, destroy him.

    She is a cold thing.
