    My visa debit has expired and no new card has been sent out? Need help.

    Thanks for getting in touch with here on Boards.ie.


    We're so sorry to hear that you didn't get a replacement card. Generally a replacement card is sent 2 weeks before the old card is due to expire so that if your card is expiring 07/19 you will receive a new card mid July.

    Have you changed address recently? If you have, your old card might have been sent to a previous address.

    To check on this and order a replacement card please send us a message from your Online Banking. Log in on www.365online.com and go to Service Desk on the left hand side and then use the "Ask a Question" facility. If you send a message there an adviser will be happy to check this out for you.
