I am looking for a new computer, the sort of things I want to do with it.

General use - browsing, youtube, watching 1080p video, some work with databases and Excel, playing Football Manager, playing some games (doesn't have to be the latest at best settings). No serious interest in over clocking, happy enough to play games in 1080p.

I haven't build a computer in over ten years, and was considering going that route until I seen this deal.

    AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz Hexa Core
    ASUS PRIME X370-PRO
    Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (2x 8GB) 3000MHz DDR4
Gigabyte 480GB 2.5" SATA III SSD
MSI Radeon RX 580 ARMOR 8GB Graphics Card
Fractal Design Essence 500W 80+ PSU
Cooler Master MasterBox MB520 Gaming Case - Black

    All built for £550 - https://www.cclonline.com/pc/specialist-gaming-pcs/pba/ccl-stryker-gaming-pc/

I already have a copy of Windows and a monitor. £550 would be the upper end of my budget.

    What do you think?

That's good value for £550, doubt you can build it cheaper.
I'd upgrade the PSU - either to Aero Cool Integrator (+£1) or Corsair CX650 (£+27).

Given it a try with the extra upgrades, hopefully it's a good 'un.
