Luas incident in IFSC

    Anyone know what happened on the Luas on the Red line in the IFSC. Ambulances, fire brigades and gardai all over the place, the area around the tram and tram stop by the NCI coordined off.

    Hope no one was seriously hurt.

    What would you define a dirtbird as? Drug addict, drunk, someone who wishes harm on someone they haven’t met?
