HHH too wouldnt be a good match now but the promos with trips/vince could be amazing with all the stuff that happened

That just reminded me: remember Triple H absolutely destroyed Punk on the mic after the Pipe Bomb? Just called him out as being a self-obsessed moaner in public and the camera switches back to Punk and he's laughing but got that eff-you look in his eyes. Amazing TV.

Punk vs Rollins would be an excellent match or up against The Fiend would make for an excellent story.

Further proof Wrestling Votes is the drizzling sh!ts

    WrestleVotes (@WrestleVotes) Tweeted:
Re: CM Punk... I asked, I got back nothing definitive, as it should be. If and when it happens, it should be super quiet. One source went on to say “probably not now, but eventually” so that’s that.

Up there with Big Dave’s there’s a 50/50 chance Punk will be on Raw.

His follow up tweet was this. Edge did finish up his podcast with Christian and did the spear on Elias. Maybe a test.

    He will wrestle again.

It was obvious when he did the spear on RAW that he would back especially after saying in his podcast he was cleared and 100%.

I just wonder did he use AEW starting up as tool to get Vince to agree because to take him back I doubt Vince would want Edge walking out on an AEW screen.

    Saudi money baby.

It's the internet, don't believe everything you read, now if it was coming from someone like Dave Meltzer, or Sean Ross Sapp, then I'd take it 50/50 with a pinch of salt.

If Edge has used AEW to get a better deal(legends deal ?) then how is he any different to most wrestlers in the nineties who uses one of the big two to get a better deal with one of them ?

It's a shame but Jeff is his own worst enemy. WWE released their Superstar <blank> are responsible for their own actions statement. Hopefully they are leaning on him more to go into rehab than they show publicly.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,698 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Would a stint with DDP be any good to Jeff ? I mean Jake and Scott hall were far worse cases then Jeff Hardy is. I mean he got his life together and he and his brother really looked like a good ending to what had looked bad. I’m think I’m right in saying that Matt has had no issues since he’s returned to WWE.

The Uso's and Jeff getting caught doing this a lot in the last year.

Not that I'm too bothered if she can't but can she wrestle or is she a valet?

I'm pretty sure she can as she's done intergender matches.

Delighted for her given her previous jobbing to total diva star Nia Jax.

It'll be interesting to see how WWE will use Scarlett Bordeaux. They seem to have softened on their stance on raunchy content in recent times, so she may be able to get away with playing the Smokeshow character she was playing before in Impact wrestling.

If she's going to be a valet, then just bring in Killer Cross and put her with him.

There's video of post hell in a cell of Seth Rollins going to the back with refs around him and there's a fan with a sign and Seth stops and appears to eyeball the fan. When did wrestlers got so thin skinned to criticism which is legitimate ? Rollins seems to the worst though as he painful at times. I mean how dare the fans who paid money to to a PPV have the audacity to not like the crap they've just seen ?

If the sign said something offensive I might understand the eyeballing but it literally just said "SETH ROLLINS IS NOT COOL"

Seth seems to have a rough time being the top ("full-time") guy in WWE. It is a heavy crown to wear, and he seems poorly-suited to twitter; eg his Dean Ambrose "food off my table" cringeworthy quip, or temporarily shutting down his twitter after Sasha had a sly dig at him for sending out a robotic tweet.

    and then these

    https://twitter.com/WWERollins/status/1177273934603083777

Seth responds with a bítchy tweet it's hilarious.

Gotta wonder about Becky in all this. Could just see some say he was having a go at Sasha due to her fighting Becky at HiaC.

Hogan say he couldn't live with himself if his last match was in TNA and he has spoken to Vince about this.

He wants one more retirement match and would love it against Vince at WM.

Jesus christ that could be worse than the bret vs Vince match

The mania match the 2 had at mania 19 was pretty brutal tho and it should be left at that

^^^ You know what. I would be down for Hogan having a retirement match if it meant him putting someone over. By that I mean someone who could stand to gain something from ending Hulkamania.

Only about 25 years too late to do that now, if someone boasted about that in a promo it might just turn them face :pac::pac:

So safe to say this big press conference tomorrow will be about the 2 matches. Guess they're not worried about keeping the Saudi thing low key this time. No one mysteriously disappeared

I see Reby is in the wars with her sister on law on Twitter.

Jeff's a disaster but Matt's official statement was embarrassing; still a mark for protecting his brand after all this time while his brother is circling the drain.

All very strange considering they all live on the same property that family seems to be broken no pun intended

Twitter isn’t real life, in this case it exists ONLY for wrestlers to build their brand. They can do so by getting personal at times, but that doesn’t mean that we therefore have an entitlement to their innermost personal thoughts. Matt staying on point and deflecting is the best way he could handle this from a social media standpoint: acknowledge it so your fans still feel connected to you and invested in your life but also give them nothing substantial and handle a private matter privately.

Yeah he ain't getting it, not after having inked a 5 year deal. Then again this is WWE, and predicting this company, or even trying to is futile, when ya think about it.

If I was WWE I don't see the sense in keeping him and paying him for 5 years. The recent storyline has driven his stock into the dirt, it's not like he'll jump to AEW and become a huge star.

I feel like WWE are afraid to release anyone right now tbh. WWE let Dillinger go and now he's fairly prominent in AEW and was a nobody in WWE. I think that will make them gunshy as far as releasing goes.

Meltzer saying there’s going to be a big story breaking in Japan soon (enough of a one he’s going to do a special show for it when it does). Speculation of some sort of WWe and New Japan collaboration
