    Constant toxic back-yard burning in my neighbourhood. Hope it is implemented with no waivers for the usual freeloaders who should be forced to consider their inconsequential consumerism.

    Probably cheaper to in the long run to issue waivers to these people, because at the end of day they know every trick to avoid paying for standard amenities.

    Might be cleaner on the environment too.

    its not money thats the proble for these people its a way of life . throw it there and someone else will clean up after me.
    the amount of electronics , cans and glass bottles dumped is frightening . all these are free to get rid of.
