It does not have a usb input.
(How) can I connect a usb stick to the tv ??

Realistically, you will need something that can play "USBs" like an android box. Typically the TV needs software that recognised a USB and to be able to play the files on it. An adaptor wont do that (a usb doesnt have a self executable OS). Get a cheap android box and use it that way!

Yes, they are pretty much the same thing - a "media player". What you're looking for is a "media player" that will connect to your TV via HDMI, and then you connect your USB Stick to the media player. You then use the remote control of the media player to play the files on your USB stick.

You should check to see if you have a DVD player with a USB connection, many of them do - this should play the files on the USB stick too
