Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I thought Season 5 was poor. Like they added in all the ideas from the previous seasons that didn't make the cut. Overacting from each character is getting tiresome. The Indian mechanic chap disappears mid season on a fairly weak premise. Dylan missing plot was pointless.

Vinny and Erin ..... I couldn't care less at this stage, rat catching episode?

I hope the christmas special ends it on some kind of high.

    No pun intended

I’m not usually a Bronagh Gallagher fan but she’s great in Brassic.

She's has the best single line of the entire run so far……

    • I used to be a lesbian, but I’m back on the solids now!!

    And her porn start history…..brilliant.

The storylines have been a bit strained all right, but there were lots of decent laughs in there too. Would like to see more of the Doc though.

Very poor ,just not funny since season 2 ,everything seems to be done before, same old type of story's,I find the Doctor thing one of the most boring and stupid scenes now,so so repetitive since series one,Surely they are not going to milk another series out of this.

I'm sure I saw a trailer/ promo for the Christmas special - or at least it looks like its set at Christmas so presumably will be shown then.

I think its run its course.

Nice to get some closure on the Dylan situation.

Jim should get a spin off show, just him telling people to fúck off.

Any takers for the Christmas special? Some excellent bits with Edie (Imelda Staunton) and Vincent just chatting.

Carol had the best line with "So's Dick".

Nice 70s soundtrack too with Nick Drake and Elkie Brooks.

Thought it was more of the same... Indian mechanic chap inexplicably back - thought he was on the run? Where was his partner and new born baby?

Greg Davies eating the scenery , Usual over acting and face gurning by the ensemble cast.

Brassic fans might enjoy Mr Bigstuff on Sky, written by Ryan Sampson (Tomo), starring Sampson and the gloriously OTT Danny Dyer.

Series 6 up on NowTV today, 7 episodes.

I will have to look back on end of 5 to see where things were left at.
