If no pin was used, I'd imagine that it was online or phone transaction.
I think tap is capped at 30e per transaction.
Also, don't know how the bank can stop pending transactions because pending means the money hasn't cleared your account as a debit but has been authorised to and processed by the retailer.
Speak to the shop and then tell the fraud department in the bank that you have and ask them to liaise.
There might be CCTV or a delivery address.
Keep your card safe and don't be foaled a second time, neighbour.

Was the Horse Outside or Inside the Shop

It should be Neigh-Bother to spot this on cctv .

And if the caller was a little horse on the Phone that could be a lead !

Horses for courses but I think youll find that a recent gallop pool has shown its more then that and our wit isnt just the mane attraction but I do think the gardai will have to trot on with their investigation so that the money can be ponyed up to the op

Horse walks into a bar, orders a pint and tries to pay with a credit card. Bar owner tells him to take a high jump or hit the door ...

Did they get any pints in the Roost?

My card was skimmed once in Galway.
Turned up when bank let me know someone in Dublin tried to use it for cinema tickets and fuel. As if my appreciation of Dubs weren't low enough.

You should definitely go to the Gardai so they can catalogue these crimes.

This is why I dislike the new tap system, anyone can use your card.

My dad used my credit card a few months ago to buy things for his work, he must of used it on a dodgy website because someone in the UK started buying things with my card and spent literally hundreds. I reported it and didnt have to pay, you should be grand.

    Lol
