Anyone recommend where I can get a dress altered in Kilkenny city / north Kilkenny. The neck is too high so I need it changed.

There's a place on Garden Row in Kilkenny which is the lane opposite the Friary church on Friary Street (where else) It's called Needle & Thread. The phone number is 089 2391457 or www.needleandthread.ie. It's an excellent and speedy service. I have all the details because I took a card when leaving a dress in to be taken up the other week.
