Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I am just starting to look into these, I am wondering is there anyone living in them now, if so how are you finding them .
    Are they easily heated?
    What is the quitter like?
    Difficulties in getting a mortgage?
    Which company did you use?
    Are you happy with your purchase?

    Can you give an example of a modular home that you are considering.
    Most people think modular homes are some breakthrough in building and costs are half that of traditional builds when in fact the are the same.
