Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking for a solicitor Dublin 15 area

    Lads

I will be buying a house shortly and I'm now looking for a solicitor.

As solicitors all provide the same service, and are all insured and registered to practice, I don't want to pay someone 50% more for providing me with the same service.

I don't particularly want to do a ring around of the various solicitors and comparing rates etc. It's probably against the rules of Boards to post recommendations of names, addresses, phone nos and what they charged you on this site, so I would be obliged if people could pm me the information instead.

    Thanks

    Murt

Seamus Maguire in Blanchardstown villiage is good. Have used him twice for house purchases.

    Thanks very much.

I'll certainly contact him for a quote.

We used Terry McLoughlin in Blanch village; he was excellent, couldn't say a bad word about him.

I've used Lacy and assosiates for two house purchases. They are planning to wind-up but found them excellent. They are beside Sams barbers in Blanch village.

As above, looking for recommendations for solicitor for house sale
Price isn't as important as someone that gets the work/job done as efficiently as possible & contactable if required.

Another +1 for Terry McLoughlin....super efficient and excellent communication. Made the whole process so painless. Reasonably priced too
