    Turns out that the first awards were given out in 1929, for movies made in 1927 and 1928, so I'm claiming that as a win. :D

    Yeah, looked it up as I didn't believe Kolido. Was very certain it had been 1927. We went for sports in the end anyway, as we weren't 100% sure on a lot of the others (though our guesses turned out to be right on Thelma/Louise, Blue/Red and the correct Dirty Harry movie)
