Hi lads.

I recently posted here asking for recommendations from people who had found and used a reasonable, efficient and trustworthy solicitor in Dublin 15 and I got a number of responses. Thanks very much to those who responded.

Now, I'm looking for the same for a surveyor who people have used to look at a 2nd hand property.

Me again :-)

We used Tom Gallagher (Castleknock) as a Surveyor. He is very thorough and gives you a detailed report after. The people you are buying the house from may not like him but thats just because he is there finding faults in what they deem a perfect house. It doesnt deter him though ;-)
